I was involved in an auto accident back on 2-13-2021, I had no idea what to do, who to contact, how to deal with insurance, how I was going to get around without a car and how I was going to fix my car. The police report stated the accident was caused by the other driver doing an unsafe turn, however, her insurance wanted to play long ball and try to turn this into my fault. I knew this was a possibility as explained from the beginning and now my case would take a few extra months to get settled. Marcello kept me current on what was happening throughout this entire process and finally today my case has settled with the insurance company and I am 100% satisfied.
